Our mission is to provide individualized, high-quality home health care services, which fulfill the identified needs of the elderly, those with physical impairments, and individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD).

Hope Horizon

Hope Horizon LLC is a licensed Home and Community Support Agency though the Texas Health and Human Services and is an approved Texas Medicaid provider. The agency provides services which assist an individual in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and/or other services.

Our company was created in 2007 when founder and owner of the company, noticed a disquieting trend in the way that existing companies provided services to developmentally disabled adults and children.

The owner of the company saw firsthand, through a long history of working with the developmentally disabled, that these individuals were being treated as commodities - perpetually fundable sources of revenue that required only the barest minimum of personalized assistance, support, and involvement.

At Hope Horizon, we believe that more can be done to ensure that those who need assistance live more productive and fulfilling lives. We thrive on our passion for serving the segment of society most people would prefer not to have brought to their attention: ignoring a difficult challenge is easier than meeting it head-on with fervor and dedication.

The people we serve deserve the chance to have a rich and fulfilling life, the same as everyone else. Their success is on the horizon.
